It's a steel ball-bearing roller with a 1-1/4-inch concave (grooved) wheel that glides smoothly along the track.

The housing is S-tab style with rear adjustment, so you can tweak the height to get the door sitting perfectly in the frame.
The housing measures about 17/32 inch wide, 1-5/32 inch tall, and 1-1/4 inch long.
It's designed for metal or vinyl-framed patio doors and is used by several major manufacturers.

The S tab has a non-threaded mounting hole, but there's also a 10-32 threaded hole on top of the housing for optional use.
