This is a compact 980nm infrared laser module with a built-in driver—designed for industrial testing, lab work, or any project that needs an IR laser dot.
It's got a G-L60 output and runs on 5V DC.

The current draw is under 100mA, so it's pretty efficient.

It uses a 3-wire input: red for positive, black for negative, and yellow for the TTL signal.

The TTL modulation supports 0-15KHz, and it works with 0-5V signals.

Off is low, high opens it—and it's normally open by default.
The lens focus is adjustable, so you can dial in the dot size you need and lock it down.

It's tiny—just 8mm in diameter and 13mm long.
