If you’re setting up security cameras and want to run HD video over longer distances using existing network cable, these Sinloon passive baluns are a super handy solution.

They convert the BNC video signal from your analog HD camera (TVI, CVI, AHD, or CVBS) to an RJ45 connection, so you can use standard Cat5e or Cat6 cable.
Transmission distance is up to 400 feet for 1080P and higher resolutions (3MP, 4MP, even 5MP), and up to 1000 feet for standard CVBS.
No signal degradation if you stay within spec.

Quality-wise, these have upgraded ICs, pure brass contacts, gold-plated pins, and a solid housing.

One important note: the RJ45 wiring must follow the same standard (TIA/EIA 568B) on both ends, and for power over longer runs, you’ll need to bump up the voltage to avoid drop.
