If you work with acrylic, PVC, or any thermoplastic sheet, this bender is going to make your life a whole lot easier.

It heats up a narrow strip along the sheet so you can bend it cleanly and precisely, without bubbling or scorching.

The temperature is adjustable from 0 to 100°C, so you can dial it in for different materials and thicknesses up to about 6mm.

This is the 125cm version, so it handles pretty wide sheets, and it comes with both a length bracket and an angle bracket.

That means you can hold your sheet steady, bend at exactly the angle you want, and not have to wrestle with it while it's hot.
There's even a built-in ruler to help you get consistent bend widths every time.

One of the coolest features is the water cooling system.

A pump circulates water through the unit to keep it from overheating, which not only protects the machine but also keeps your plastic from warping due to excess heat.
Just use a bucket with at least 20L capacity, and swap the water if it goes over 50°C.

Perfect for sign making, display cases, lighting channel letters, and even aquarium trimming.
If you're bending thicker material (over 6mm), you can use two heaters—one top and one bottom—for a clean fold.
