About This Product

The Thermo 2000 Mini BTH is a little electric boiler that packs a punch.

At 12 kW (that's about 40,944 BTU), it's perfect for heating radiant floors, baseboards, or radiators in single-family homes or condos.
And it's tiny – wall-mounted and compact enough to fit in tight utility spaces.

This thing runs silently, produces zero combustion emissions, and is super efficient – no wasted energy.
It's a green alternative to gas or oil boilers.

Maintenance is minimal, and the built-in safety controls include high-temperature limit protection, a 30 PSI relief valve, and a drain/purge valve.

It runs on 208/240V AC, with a 120V pump power supply and 24V for thermostat accessories.

What really stands out is the warranty: 15 years on the reservoir and 2 years on electrical/mechanical parts.

That's confidence.

Whether you're heating a basement, garage, or whole house, this smart little boiler gets the job done quietly and reliably.
