The notch size is 1/4 inch by 3/16 inch, which is the sweet spot for spreading thinset evenly under wall tiles.

The large wooden handle gives you a comfortable grip, even when you're working overhead or on a vertical surface.

The die-cast aluminum shank adds extra strength where it matters.
