Installing door locks and knobs can be a real pain if you don't have the right jig – but this Milescraft Lock Mate Plus makes it stupidly easy.
It self-clamps onto the door – no screws, no hardware, no marring the surface.
The wide rubber clamp grips tight and protects the door while you work.

It includes 2-1/8-inch and 1-inch bi-metal cobalt alloy hole saws that cut through wood, composite, hollow core, and even metal doors without dulling.

The drill guides have built-in metal bushings and a stepped profile to prevent wear and extend the jig's life.

You drill from one side until the pilot bit exits, then finish from the other side to avoid tear-out.

It adjusts for both 1-3/8-inch and 1-3/4-inch standard door thicknesses, and also handles 2-3/8-inch and 2-3/4-inch backsets.
The dead bolt locator piece lets you mark center for perfectly spaced handles and deadbolts.

Comes with a 1/4-inch pilot bit, mandrel, and adapter.
