It's a fixed-height, adjustable-width model that spans from 18 to 24 inches inside width – outside width goes from 22 to 28 inches.

Inside height is 18 inches, outside height 22 inches.
The frame is G-90 galvanized steel with 2-inch flanges, so it holds up to weather and corrosion.
Blades are set at a 45-degree angle with 4-inch spacing to keep rain out while letting air flow.
Max exhaust is 1500 CFM, max intake is 1050 CFM.

Comes with a 2x2 bird screen and fasteners already included, so you don't have to rig something up yourself.
