Truth Hardware Maxim Awning Window Operator – White, Die Cast Body, 12-Inch Arms (Crank Sold Separately)

About This Product

Got a stuck or broken awning window?
This Truth Hardware Maxim operator is a common replacement part that fits a bunch of window brands.
It's got a die-cast body with stamped steel arms – the arms are 12 inches long, and you'll often find numbers like 41013 or 41016 stamped on the underside to confirm compatibility.

The whole thing is finished in white, so it blends in with most window frames.

Installation is pretty straightforward – just remove the old unit, bolt this one in, and attach the arms to your window track.

One thing to note: the crank handle is sold separately, so grab that if you don't already have one.

Solid, reliable, and keeps your awning window opening and closing smoothly.
A no-nonsense fix for a common wear-and-tear part.
