About This Product
This Hanchen CP-19T frame heater is a staple in optical shops – used for warming plastic eyeglass frames so you can adjust temples, bridges, and nose pads without snapping them.

Max temp hits 266°F (130°C), but you don't want to crank it all the way – around 158°F is plenty for most frame materials.

If it's not heating fast enough for you, the heat-collecting hood concentrates air for quicker warm-up on specific spots.
Ceramic heating element gives even, consistent heat without hot spots that could scorch or warp frames.

The wool felt pad protects frames from direct contact and prevents scratches.

Big fan on the bottom pulls air in, passes it over the heater, and blows warm air out the top.

Working sound is under 70dB – noticeable, but not annoying.
110V version, 550W, weighs about 1.

1kg, and measures 190x150x160mm.
Use it indoors, and let it warm up slowly – too fast, and you'll damage the plastic.
If you need precise digital temp control, check out the other model they offer.
For most shops, this simple, reliable unit gets the job done.

Remember to turn it off if anything seems off – noise, smell, or sudden speed changes.
