About This Product
These are Grade 5 coarse thread hex cap screws – 7/16-14 thread, 1-1/4 inches long, with a zinc plating for some rust resistance.

Grade 5 means they're heat-treated and stronger than standard hardware, so they're good for automotive, industrial, or structural applications where you need reliable holding power.

The hex head takes a 7/16 inch wrench, and they come in a 50-piece box, so you've got plenty for a project or to stock your shop.

Made from steel with a light zinc coating, they hold up decently against corrosion, but if you're in a really wet or salty environment, you might want stainless instead.

As always, if you're using these for anything critical that could cause damage or injury if it fails, get a structural engineer to sign off.

But for general heavy-duty fastening, these are solid.
