About This Product
If you do any amount of TIG welding, you know that a properly sharpened tungsten electrode makes all the difference in arc quality and weld consistency.
This 3mirrors sharpener head is a seriously well-thought-out tool that attaches to most rotary tools with a 3/4-12 thread – think Dremel, Black & Decker, Milwaukee, Bosch, and the like.
It's machined from 6061 aluminum with 5-axis CNC precision, so everything fits tight and runs true.
The kit comes with five double diamond grinding wheels and two connecting rods, plus guide rails for both 1/16-inch (1.
6mm) and 3/32-inch (2.

4mm) tungsten.
For each size, you get two angle options: 15° and 20° – which translate to 30° and 40° tip angles when ground.
There are three holes per function, which lets you use different sections of the diamond wheel and effectively doubles the life of each wheel.
That's smart design right there.
There's even a built-in cutoff slot so you can trim worn or contaminated tungsten before reshaping.
The whole thing weighs just 87 grams – super lightweight but rigid and precise.

All holes are fixed at the same height relative to the wheel, so you don't have to fiddle with height adjustments every time you switch sizes or angles.

One tip: make sure the collet on your rotary tool isn't taller than 34mm, or the wheel won't align properly.
Install is easy – just unscrew the top collar, pop in the right collet, mount the mandrel, and adjust the wheel height so the bottom of the long window is flush with the wheel face.

Then you're ready to grind clean, concentric points every time.

Just remember to go easy on the pressure – let the wheel do the work, and you'll get a smoother finish and longer wheel life.

This thing is a real upgrade over freehand grinding, and once you use it, you'll wonder how you managed without it.
