About This Product
If you’re tiling a bathroom, kitchen, or even a sauna and want that luxury warm-floor feel, this HeatTech radiant heating kit is a solid choice.

It covers about 30 square feet at the recommended 3-inch spacing—though you can go tighter at 2 inches for 20 sqft or wider at 4 inches for 40 sqft.

The cable itself is 120 feet long with a 10-foot cold lead, running on 120V and putting out 360W (that’s 3 watts per foot).

The best part?

The cable is only about 1/8 inch thick, so it won’t raise your floor height noticeably.
And it’s got zero electromagnetic field, which is a nice bonus if you care about that stuff.
It’s UL listed for the US and comes with everything you need: the spooled cable, cable guides (you’ll need one 25-ft roll per 200 ft of cable), and a detailed manual.

The thermostat is an Aube TH115-AF-120S with a floor sensor—it’s 7-day programmable with four time periods per day, so you can set it to warm up before you wake up and dial down when you’re out.

You’ve got three control options: ambient air temp, floor temp, or ambient with floor limits.

The floor sensor is 15 feet long, so placement is flexible.

It’s compatible with most floor sensing thermostats, but this one’s included so you’re ready to roll.
The cable carries a 25-year warranty and the thermostat has a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Great for both new builds and retrofits—just make sure you size it right for your space.
