IBC Air Agitator Mixer – 1 HP Pneumatic Motor, 1000L Capacity, 0-1300 RPM, Folding Stainless Steel Propeller, With Support Hanger, For Paint, Ink, And Tank Mixing

About This Product

If you're mixing paints, inks, or coatings in IBC totes or large drums, this air-powered agitator from JAVPTAV is a serious time-saver.
It's a 1 HP pneumatic motor that runs on 0.

6 MPa air pressure and gives you adjustable speeds from 0 to 1300 RPM – plenty of range for different viscosity materials.

The clever part is the folding propeller design.

When it's not running, the blades fold up so you can insert the whole assembly through a small opening in the tank or IBC tote.

Once you start the motor, centrifugal force flips the blades open for full mixing action.
That means you can mix big volumes (up to 1000 liters / 1 ton) through small ports that normally wouldn't fit a standard paddle – super handy for closed containers.

The stirring rod is 96 cm long and the blade diameter is 250 mm, both made from stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning.

There's a fast screw holder fixture that secures the agitator to the tank opening so it stays stable during operation.
Works great for paint spray shops, ink manufacturing, and any industrial mixing application.
The package includes the agitator and support hanger – ready to go.
