5mm cold-rolled steel with a tough epoxy polyester powder coating that resists rust and scratches.

It's rated IP66, so you can put it outside or in dusty shops and not worry about rain, snow, dirt, or oil getting inside.

The hinged door has a metal lock core and reinforced hinges so it won't break off with repeated use, and the sealing strip keeps everything dry when the lid's closed.

Inside there's a detachable 2mm galvanized backplate that makes it easy to mount PCB boards, terminals, or whatever gear you're protecting.
The bottom has a knockout hole for cable entry, and there's a grounding wire already installed.
