You've got three daily preset buttons – Evening (5pm–12am), Morning (5am–8am), and All Night (6pm–6am) – or you can set completely custom on/off times with the "my on/off time" buttons.
There's also a full 24-hour countdown mode if you just want something to run for a specific number of hours and then shut off.

The large LCD screen is easy to read, and the blue LED indicators show which programs are active at a glance.
