This ER11 collet extension is a handy precision tool for lathe and milling work.

It's a straight shank spacer sleeve that extends your tool reach, giving you more flexibility when machining parts.
The holder is made from 40Cr and carbon steel with carburizing and quenching treatment, so it's seriously hard and wear-resistant—45-46HRC to be exact.
It fits ER11 collets and clamps tools from 1mm up to 7mm in diameter.
The shank diameter is 8mm with a 100mm length, and the head is about 19mm wide.

One of the standout features is the integrated molding, which gives it excellent concentricity for precise, vibration-free machining.

The inner hole is ground smooth for stability.
