About This Product
If you're installing or upgrading a wood stove or fireplace, this Selkirk insulated chimney pipe is built for safety and performance.

It's a 6-inch diameter Type HT pipe with a stainless steel inner and outer wall, and the space between them is packed with mineral wool insulation.

That insulation is only about 1 inch thick, but it provides 17 times the insulating value of brick – impressive, right?

The dense "solid pack" is roughly 85% air, which traps heat and blocks radiation, so the outer wall stays cool enough to allow just a 2-inch clearance to combustible materials.

That means you can run it through closets or tight spaces without worrying about starting a fire.

It's been tested up to 2100°F and is UL listed, so you know it meets serious safety standards.

The insulation also dampens expansion noises, so you won't hear that annoying ticking sound as the pipe heats up and cools down.
This is the Selkirk 206006 model – a straight section that's built to last.

It's not cheap, but when it comes to chimney systems, you don't want to cut corners.

Solid, reliable, and code-compliant.
