It’s got tungsten carbide teeth, so it chews through materials way faster than standard bi-metal saws – we’re talking up to 5x quicker and up to 10x more cuts over its lifetime.

What can it cut?

Wood, MDF, plywood, fiber cement board, porous concrete block, some brick, ceramic wall tile, plastic, PVC – you name it.
But don’t use it on metal, wood with nails, or anything with a Mohs hardness over 6.

And definitely not in hammer mode – rotary drilling only, with a support handle on your drill for safety.

The max cut depth is 2-3/8 inches, which is solid for most tasks.
And if you pair it with Spyder’s Rapid Core Eject arbor system, you can pop out the plug with a button push – no prying or banging.

The arbor also lets you cut at angles or enlarge existing holes.
Nice touch.

It uses a universal thread, so it fits Spyder arbors or other standard hole saw arbors.
