About This Product
Your water heater's anode rod is basically its sacrificial shield – it corrodes so your tank doesn't.

This Ozek rod is a 44-inch flexible aluminum zinc model, and it fits most major brands – AO Smith, Sears, Rudd, GE, Kenmore, State, Whirlpool, Reliance, Rheem, Richmond – but heads up, it doesn't fit Bradford White.

So check your brand first.
Why aluminum zinc?

It's safe, non-toxic, and does a great job reducing sulfur smell (that rotten egg odor) while protecting your tank from rust and corrosion.

This one's got four segments with flexible stainless steel joints, so even if you've got tight clearance above your heater, you can wiggle it in there.
No problem.

Installation's a breeze – comes with PTFE tape so you can seal the threads and DIY the replacement in about 10 minutes.

And it's a smart move – anode rods wear out every 3-5 years, and replacing it early can double your tank's life.
Save yourself a costly tank replacement down the road.

Made by a US-based business too – small but solid.
