About This Product

This tungsten carbide burr is a workhorse for grinding, deburring, and shaping metal.

The tree shape with radius end is super versatile – works for peripheral and face milling, chamfering, porting, and all kinds of metalwork.
Cutter diameter is 1/2 inch, length of cut is 1 inch, with a 1/4-inch shank and a total shank length of 6 inches – that extended reach gets into spots regular burrs can't touch.

Made from YG8 heat-treated tungsten carbide, so it lasts about 10 times longer than HSS bits and up to 50 times longer than small emery wheels.

It'll handle ferrous and non-ferrous metals, aluminum, soft steel, and even non-metals like plastics and wood.

Great for hardened steel up to HRC65.

Double cut design gives a smoother finish and faster material removal.

Comes in a protective transparent tube for safe storage.
Use it with handheld electric or pneumatic die grinders – but keep the RPM under 15,000 for extended shanks, and always clamp the shank at least 2/3 of its length.
